Cognent Expands service to the Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Cognent’s acquisition of Plano based Splendid Technology solidifies Cognent’s entry into the Dallas Fort Worth area.

El Paso, Texas - Octobere 31, 2005 – El Paso based Cognent, Inc. announced this morning it has agreed to acquire Plano Texas based Splendid Technology, LLC. This acquisition expands Cognent’s service area from the El Paso, Cd. Juárez area to the Dallas metro community. Splendid Technology offers installation, technical support and training of computer hardware, network and software to which it will add Cognent’s other service areas especially the Internet services Cognent’s has become well known for.
