Cognent announced this morning the launching of its El Paso server farm.
El Paso, Texas - September 05, 2005 – Cognent, Inc. officially opened its state-of-the-art server farm this morning. The server farm is located in a Class A facility complete with fire suppression and generator backup systems to ensure uninterrupted service to customers. The Intel Xeon servers and the state-of-the-art Network Attached Storage (NAS) system capable of delivering 4,200 GB of storage offers El Paso technology users more than sufficient technology to meet their needs today and well into the future.

Commander, a board member of the Housing Authority of City of El Paso, a NJROTC instructor with SISD, an instructor at El Paso Community College, and one of four finalists for the El Paso City Manager’s position. He brings over 30 years of leadership experience and community involvement to Cognent.
